Growing up, athletics were always a huge part of my life, and even as an adult, I’ve worked hard to maintain an active lifestyle. But life has a way of throwing unexpected challenges our way, and recently, my world was turned upside down. In the midst of it all, I lost sight of myself. My relationship with food became toxic—swinging from binge eating to anorexia in a matter of weeks. The reflection in the mirror became a stranger, and self-sabotage took control. I convinced myself that I wasn’t enough.
But then, I made a choice. I refused to let my past define my future. That’s when BTS Fitness Culture found me—or maybe, I found it. The philosophy of Burning The Ships spoke to me deeply. It was time to leave the past behind, to step forward with strength, not just for myself, but for my children.
Through BTS, I didn’t just rebuild my body—I reclaimed my mind, my heart, and my confidence. I found strength I never knew I had, and more importantly, I learned to love myself again.
